Artist & Creative Director

Hi! Im Alexandra Comb, an Artist, Educator and Creative Director from Maryland. My work is rooted in process. I approach art as an unfolding conversation rather than a finished product.

I began teaching art at 15 at a local studio. Those early years shaped my belief that learning is reciprocal; my students often guide my process as much as i guide theirs.

After earning my associates degree in 2024, i continued my studies at McDaniel College, where i’m pursuing a B.A. in Art with a minor in Education. My work explores femininity, not as an internal trait, but as something that exists outside of the self. Within intimates and the quiet details of daily life. A hidden softness, a deliberate fragility. My process is slow and meticulous.

My stained glass work mirrors my evolving relationship with femininity, fractured, reshaped and redefined. I aim to create space where femininity is not something lost, but something built with intension, care and permanence. Through paint, glass, clay, etc. i create a tangible manifestation of what is often unseen. I urge viewers to engage with process and reflect on their own connection to softness and intimacy.
